Any oil that your skin absorbs quickly can be referred to as a dry oil. Oils that leave a residue on your skin, on the other hand, are often called wet oils. Most dry oils are made from vegetables, herbs, or seeds that contain polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as linoleic acid.

ProstaDrone® Technology

ProstaDrone®

The PROSTADRONE® Technology represents the next generation of prostate-oriented liposomal delivery platform in which the surface of the liposome is modified with layered with lycopene, providing passive, affinity-driven targeting and retention together with a built-in antioxidant shield. Because lycopene sits on the surface, the liposomal core is free to carry the active payload — CoQ10 or N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) — within one common carrier design.

Prostate health depends on getting the right nutrients into the right tissue. Taken by mouth, most nutrients are diluted across the body, degrade in the gut, or fail to enter prostate cells. ProstaDrone® is Nanotrition Nord’s answer: a patented target-organ delivery system that guides active nutrients to the prostate gland and its epithelium.

Why Conventional Prostate Supplements Fall Short?

How ProstaDrone® Works?

ProstaDrone® is a liposomal carrier with three engineered components:

COMPONENTDESIGNFUNCTION
Lycopene surface layerLycopene anchored on the outer liposomal surface via hydrophobic / lipid-affinity interactionsPassive affinity-based targeting and retention; direct antioxidant protection at the liposome–tissue interface; common to both payloads
Liposomal carrierPhospholipid bilayer vesicleProtects the payload through GI transit, supports absorption and sustained release
Core payload — CoQ10INNOVA® CoQ10: ultra-pure (>98%), amorphous, thermostable, UV-resistant; in the lipid bilayer / lipophilic coreMitochondrial respiratory support and ATP-synthesis in prostate epithelium
Core payload — NACSmall, hydrophilic; positioned in the aqueous core; oxidation-protective processing (inert atmosphere, antioxidant excipients)Glutathione-precursor-driven antioxidant defence

With lycopene on the surface, the liposomal core is free to carry an active payload — CoQ10 or NAC today, with further actives in the pipeline.

Mechanism of Action

  1. Oral administration & GI absorption: the PEG coating protects the liposomal carrier during GI transit and supports systemic uptake.
  2. Passive, affinity-driven recognition: the lycopene layer’s membrane and lipoprotein affinity drives accumulation and retention in lipid-rich prostate tissue.
  3. Cellular uptake & retention: liposomes are taken up by prostate cells and retained, supporting sustained local action.
  4. Payload release: the encapsulated CoQ10 or NAC is released inside the cell.
  5. Local payload action: mitochondrial respiratory support and membrane antioxidant protection (CoQ10), or glutathione-driven antioxidant defence (NAC), with surface lycopene adding direct antioxidant action throughout.
